MY STORY

My name is Nicole... I am a dual-licensed real estate broker and a residential property manager of 15 years, currently specializing in DIY home re-design and general real estate consulting!  

In 2021, I relocated to NV from MA to pursue new real estate career opportunities, and a lower cost of living. As soon as I started planning my move, home prices began sky-rocketing nationwide leaving me priced out of my target neighborhood unless I was prepared to tackle a home redesign project… which I was, of course!

Ironically, prior to relocating, I found myself in a similar situation for a different reason... my existing condo needed buyer-friendly neutralizing to sell; this was the process during which I said to myself “I should be doing this as a business,” and The Stage Before Staging™ was born!

Today, I assist home owners and would-be homeowners in making their house a home! From curating detailed visuals of what a property can become to planning out the entire redesign process, my goal is to conquer your home improvement DIY redesign goals on time, on budget and demo-free! 🏚️🏠
